Calendar Sync is a private, single-user tool. It synchronises the calendar of its operator between the operator's own Google Calendar and a self-hosted CalDAV server. It is not offered to other people and has no other users.
With the operator's consent, the app accesses the operator's own Google Calendar data (calendars and events) through the Google Calendar/CalDAV API, using the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar. No other Google data is accessed.
Calendar data is used only to keep the two calendars in sync. It is stored on a server operated by the operator. OAuth tokens are stored on that same server with restricted file permissions.
The data is not sold, shared with, or transferred to any third party, and is not used for advertising or to train any AI or machine-learning model.
Data stays on the operator's server for as long as the sync is in use. The operator can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions and delete the stored data and tokens from the server.
